I was able to referee 2 hours on Friday night and 3 hours straight Saturday afternoon at the upper level in an adult hockey tournament a couple of weeks ago.
So I’d say yes, lol.
Confession: Left to my own devices, I had the ultimate bro diet today.
Breakfast was 2 scoops of whey in 2% milk and a greek yogurt
Snack was greek yogurt mixed with protein powder
Lunch was 2 protein bars
Dinner was eggs and breakfast meats
Post dinner was cottage cheese with a pickle
…hey, that pickle counts as a veggie right? I think this is the vertical diet.
Those should be on a universal foods list. No need to sequester them to a time period or specific meal. (In my heavily biased opinion…)
