Am I rounding my back in this? (Form check)

Am I rounding my back too much in this on middle/end reps?

It’s rounding a bit but I think it’s fine.

The thing that actually stands out a bit to me – because it was a source of some of my own back pain before I fixed it – is that your low back doesn’t stay in the exact same position at the bottom of the rep as the top of the rep. There’s a small bit of movement. It takes awhile to learn how to feel that and hold it stable.

But at the same time, if it’s not hurting you now, it’s not really a problem. Just something to keep in mind if it does.
