Kelei from another site workout programs sticky…legit?
I wanted to get opinions from over here. This is what he said his typical routine is…
My last 3 workouts are as follows:
D1:
Bench press - 180 kg - 11 reps
Incline bench press - 162.5 kg - 9 reps
Dumbbell flyes - 57.5 kg - 10 reps
Dumbbell side laterals - 30 kg - 11 reps
Overhead dumbbell extensions - 27.5 kg - 11 reps
Weighted dips - 85 kg - 12 reps (I switched to these because I maxed out the weights on the pressdown machine)
D2:
Weighted chin-ups - 112.5 kg - 11 reps
Weighted pull-ups - 90 kg - 9 reps
Chest-supported rows - 210 kg - 10 reps
Rear delt dlyes (machine) - Unsure of weight, I just use the third setting from the bottom - 12 reps
Preacher curls (barbell) - 75 kg - 12 reps
D3:
Front squats - 295 kg - 11 reps
RDL - 302.5 kg - 11 reps
Leg extensions - entire stack (unsure of weight) - 10 reps (will have to switch to leg press once I can complete 12 reps)
Leg curls - 1 setting from bottom (unsure of weight), 11 reps (will have to switch to weighted glute-ham raises soon)
Standing cald raises - 400 kg - 37 reps (the machine is fully loaded, I’m just adding more and more reps rather than adding more weight)
Seated calf raises - No idea to be honest, I usually just load up the machine and burn my calves out after standing calf raises, I don’t write my weight/reps down
My weight is currently 115 kg (253 pounds), I just haven’t updated my profile yet. All exercises (except for calves) are 100 total reps each, rest-pause sets are 3 reps per set although sometimes I misjudge and manage 2 or 4 reps.
My issue w this, besides all the weights being RIDICULOUS for 100 reps rest pause style, is that he is claiming to do 640-640 lb front squats for up to 100 reps with 30 seconds rest between sets. in other words his first set is 10 reps then he proceeds to do 2-4 reps at 640-650 lbs til he hits 100 reps.
His routine is stickied and he seems very knowledgeable, yet apparenty he isnt sponsored, doesnt compete,has no pics or videos, just happens to be some ordinary guy who also just happens to be stronger than any powerlifter, oly lifter, bber, or strongman that ive ever heard of. Tons of people following his routine, but they all seem to be benching less than 200 except him.
Is this guy for real or bs? Im genuinely asking.
