I’ll offer my and my family’s experience being openly and obviously Jewish in the USA and having lived in big and middling cities throughout the USA and also London and (obviously) Israel.
In the USA, I have never had a white (by which I mean, WASP or Catholic, not Arab) person being openly and visibly antisemitic to me that I can recall – except on college campuses, where it has been vicious. These people have generally been liberal and it comes in two flavors: (1) faux outrage at Israel or (2) abject hatred of all religious people. For example, my daughter had bagels thrown at her going to shul one day by anti-Israel protesters on campus. She changed colleges.
I have experienced some pretty violent and bad episodes in the USA, and a lot pretty consistently. Without fail, the perps were black, middle eastern, or Muslim (or some combination thereof).
In London, antisemitism by WASPs is pretty mainstream, mainly among the upper class (where it is by unspoken agreement) and the Lab our party types. Not violent --yet, but it is obviously going to be. It’s been things like “can I have a different lawyer on the file, the client rep doesn’t like Jews” and things like “your type is not welcome in this pub.” Same issue with middle easterners.
I actually sat next to and EDL guy on a plane one time and he professed love and admiration for Jews – particularly Israelis — because he thought we hated Muslims, writ large. He was dumbfounded to find out lots of Israelis ARE Muslim and are perfectly fine chaps.
In sum, I think most of the “white supremacy” stuff is overblown in the USA. There are some, I am sure. But probably not enough to fill a good sized trailer park. Certainly not in any real positions of power.
I also think lots of people get unfairly blamed and accused, so much so that people are going to begin to ignore legitimate issues.

I am saying in one city, there are the same number of shootings/killings every week for 1000s of weeks running as a huge tragedy. 1 city out of the several dozen responsible for most of the homicides in the US.
IMO that is much worthier of our society’s immediate and concentrated attention to eradicate, not white supremacy. We are worrying about a hangnail while cancer is running through the body.

That’s a good indicator though right? If people are not reporting as white supremest when they are then that indicates some level of shame in the admission. Or the stats are accurate and the numbers are low, which is the better scenario.
Anyway, I assume this is a politician/journalist testing the waters for how much grab this has and laying down the groundwork for future confirmation bias.

White supremacy is probably not high on the list of concerns I would agree with. Doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be a concern.
We do have a President who’s probably racist. Or at the minimum has no clue how to speak about people and not come off as such. His speech certainly gives all the racists boners. And all the racists have pretty much said he talks like us. If you don’t like brown or black people and you want to vote for one of the top two teams we know you ain’t making a left hand turn.
But true white supremacy is different than people who just wish the US didn’t have so many blacks people or Hispanic people. We have a lot of those people without being true “pure race wipe them all off the map” types. All white supremacists are racists but not all racists are white supremacists at least in the way of “scary kill em all” types.
The left overplays it and the right thinks it died out in the 70’s. Pretty typical shit them both being wrong.

Not to mention he was playing a character to get attention and money. No different than Alex Jones or Ann Coulter. God knows what people like that truly think. But the money is in behaving the way your character does.
