Sprinting Routine

Hello! I am debating starting sprinting either on one or both of my off days. There are no hills here to do hill sprints. I am doing a three day a week full body routine M-W-F (I always do 3 day full body ones). Does anybody have a sprinting routine or can they point me in the direction of one/somewhere that might.

Any help would be much appreciated

Please let me know what you come up with. I also like to sprint a few times a week in addition to my weight training routines.
