Yeah alive and kicking mate! Army life is good, they have me going on courses all the time and now I know how to do my job, it is a decent gig!

Last interaction I had to him was on IG, messaged him to see what’s up and he said he was waiting to get back into the gym. Albeit this was a long while ago but it was somewhere late 2020, or early January that I messaged him.
