Rear delts using bands 3X10
Front raises 3X10 DB’s 10 lbs
Lateral raises 3X10 DB’s 10 lbs
30 lb DB press 3X10

Band push downs 3X10
Behind head tri extensions 35 lb (swiss bar)

That’s it… these are my weak point ATM pain wise… starting slow is hard but it will pay off.

Still following the log Bro, just a busy time of the year for me, it’s probably a good idea to step away from Pling for awhile, and just spend some time building muscle like a BBer. Good stuff !
