Omg, thatā€™s crazy!

I canā€™t believe they can show how thatā€™s therapeutic. Idk not a pro about such things. I know that one Clinic not far from where I live does HGH. Donā€™t know doses or anything.

Awesome!!

That is excellent. About as good of a outcome as one could hope for, really.

He might just have to watch the heavy/intensity. If I go as intense/heavy as I like I break out in bloody bruising where the most stress occurs. Micro trauma or minor tearing or what ever is my assumption, but the thinners make the bruising look nasty.

Man blood thinners can make you bruise by looking at a sharp corner! A lot of ppl forget aspirin is a blood thinner, and very effective one. Ppl take BC powders for head aches then nick themselves shaving and bleed for 8 hours and canā€™t figure out why.

Iā€™ve seen bruising like youā€™re talking about as well. A few years ago I was taking aspirin and pushed hard and had some bruising in random places.

Yeah. I do dual therapy for stents, so Plavix and aspirin. I use ice packs for regular skin stuff. The localized cold makes the blood vessels contract and keeps them closed for a good while.

That whole thing resonated with me, but that part is particularly poignant.

I know his were different causes, locations, and effects, and treatment but Iā€™ll be interested to see how he proceeds through the rehab/recovery process.

He actually looks healthier and better than ever here. Hopefully he stops the roids and just works out at a normal level.

I wouldnā€™t be surprised. I was hitting 3 plates on deads literally days before mine, and a little bit against docā€™s orders, but 2 & 3 plates about 2 mos. after.

The anaerobic stuff has very little to do with heart capacity. Itā€™s on the recovery side that you get exhausted and difficulties occur.

The other thing is the moments immediately after performing an exercise when blood pressure drops. With thinners and vasodialators in your system, that can just drop you. Itā€™s like the blood just falls right out of your head.

Heā€™s keeping the reps up and not going crazy though, so thatā€™s good.

I love when JMā€™s son comes on in the middle of one of JMā€™s videos and does one of his yo-yo tricks.

For some reason I canā€™t like your post, but I to enjoy the yo yo tricks.

Some follow up and insight from a cardiologist.

Saw this earlier today and was going to post. But that sucks for John. Just canā€™t shake the clots despite having perfect labs. Hope all ends well for him seems like a great dude. Takes balls posting all this stuff too.

I think that was left from the initial incident.

Different circumstance, as I was in critical condition/dying, but they had me on the table and were elbow deep in my circumflex within an hour of having called the ambulance. Then after a week of recovery and a week at home they angioplastied and stented the others, which fortunately yielded a great outcome.

After seeing this Iā€™m really greatful for the quick and decisive treatment I received.

Edit: that sounds weird. I was already greatful. Ah, itā€™s hard to explain. I kinda hoped his would have turned out better/less complicated.

No disrespect to John as Iā€™m a big fan however when you think about how his mountain dog diet was structured with regards to health benefits.

Then youā€™re offsetting that with taking gear.

Guess itā€™s damage limitation in that respect.

I donā€™t think anyone is going to take that as disrespect. Safe to say that most people like John. He seems a decent guy, all bodybuilding stuff aside. Of course no one taking PEDs at the level most competitors do (especially at the pro and upper amateur levels) should be fooling themselves that itā€™s a healthy past time, so itā€™s always going to be one of those weighing the costs vs benefits type of situation. At least John tries his best to be healthy for his family. I doubt the same can be said for most pros.
