I know you really do not see many places with these but if you do they are an ass kicker! We have one at my work and it is awesome! My goal is to hit 1000 vertical feet in 10 mins. I am only at 800 now. Anyway, wanted to to see if anyone else has workouts they use with it. I have also been incorporating it into some sled work. I push the prowler 50 yards, with 160 pounds, walk in the door and do 100 feet as fast you can break then repeat 6 times. This is totally brutal also. Any other ideas?
I've only seen it in videos, looks like a fun training tool.
My gym just got one of these two days ago...I'm going to try it out...but yeah, in for feedback/routines.
