it was in a conversation you had on T-Nation with some one about some high volume work for squats only. May have been a year ago? I think it some thing in reference to Kroc.
I think he's referring to the insane soreness coming from the bbb template.which was in the beyond book.
You'd have to be a lot more specific. Like a large, direct quote (to get proper perspective on the total picture) or a link.

It seems pretty straight forward. Pick a weight between 30-50% and stick with it for all 4 cycles, working up in reps.
