🥇 Community Challenge: The Goblet Squat Test

The Prize

First person to film themselves attempting it (pass or fail) gets a free item of T Nation apparel. (US48 only)

The Test

  1. Grab a kettlebell or dumbbell that’s 50% of your bodyweight.
  2. Goblet squat it for 25 reps.

A male weighing 200 pounds would complete 25 reps of goblet squats using a 100-pound dumbbell without any half-reps or pauses. To pass this test, the 25 reps must be unbroken and at parallel depth.

Ignore the typo in the video title, I’m dumb. Count them if you want. Probably doesn’t meet the no-pause standard, but it’s 25 one way or another.
