Anyone Tear Biceps With Over-Under?

I found that the tendon tear doesn’t hurt unlike the muscle tear, at least this was my case. I just heard the tear, kinda like twisting bubble wrap. The sound almost made me throw up. I imagine tearing the muscle will be much more painful.

Finally got the OK to start lifting again from the doc. He also took me off light duty at work. I start back at the gym today after work. I am probably gonna be really hesitant to do anything. I should start on some cardio for a week or two, I don’t know what I am going to do. For anyone else who has had this injury how easy did you guys take it at first? The help will be much appreciated.
