I saw a guy get an 1800lb equipped total at a high school meet and i thought that was insane. Mad props to that guy, he is crazy strong

Those lifts are superb, but I think the best part was when he was asked what his next deadlift was going to be. “Uh, I don’t know. Dad, what do you think?” Awesome.

I’m 20. I feel severely under-accomplished. lol
