Weight Lifting = Anti Health

What a load of horseshit.

That makes me giggle…

Good thing I just ordered 3 dozen doughnuts to eat in one sitting.

I’m stripping myself of all of this unhealthiness.

The dude doing the workout is making some fairly unsavoury noises.

Bets on this not being filmed at Planet Fitness?

I also am left utterly dumbfounded by the myriad ways in which sedentary peons try to rationalise their lack of physical motivation, by claiming that they have made a ‘healthier’ choice, just sitting around all day.

It’s a video on the “Unoffical RMAX” youtube. What the heck do you expect?

I think that link just gave me a brain tumour.

What was the point of that video? Mike Mentzer quit training and smoked cigarettes. He basically became just like the people who are apparently trying to make weight lifting seem “unhealthy” (let’s not even get into his mental state). So…doesn’t that remove any point they are trying to make? If he had continued training, he wouldn’t have been extremely out of shape and near obese when he died.

Hahahahaha, hahahahaha, hahaha, wow I think I’m gonna piss myself.

What is really getting to me, is the questions: Who made this video? and most of all, why???
Why are they trying to put down weight lifting?
What is thier agenda?

Somebody went through a lot of time to do this and at what personal gain?

Somebody who is jealous because they do not have enough of a libido for it?

Teddybear!!! is that you!? (Inside joke for certain people at T-Nation)

Between this and the “Why steroids have a bad rap” thread, youtube’s on a roll tonight…

Ever since we started trolling a lot of there members have seemed to either quit to just not use the forum nearly as much.

And snorted enough crank to kill a donkey. Don’t forget that.

Or maybe the physical exertion of warding of trolls was to much to handle.

Say goodbye to the forests - the wood it’ll take to make those caskets will screw over an entire ecosystem.
