Squat looks good. DL I would sit back a bit more, it seems like your shoulders are quite forward which is making your life harder than it needs to be.

Squat single @ rpe 8,5 - 162,5kg (Easy.)
Paused squats- 130kg x 3

Bench 3 singles (one @ rpe 9)
105kg
107,5kg (not counted)
110kg (video, Butt on bench, paused. CLEAN AF. IPF APPROVED??)

Deadlift
Single @ rpe 8,5 - 167,5kg (2,5kg from my best deadlift ever. I think i might be getting a hang of deadlifts, MAYBE?)
Block pulls- 150kg x 5, 155kg x 3, 160kg x 3

So, 2 more weeks till i max out, Starting to put my hopes on a 180-190 squat.
Somewhere in that same ballpark for deadlifts, Probably a 115-ish bench?
If i can hit 200kg on squat or deadlift idd be super stocked, But i dont think neither of those lifts is just yet there. I’ll see in 2 weeks.

seal rows 4x8
facepulls 4x12
tricep pushdowns/bicep curls 3x12

Also, 5th driving lesson. Stuffs starting to improve, Im getting a hang of the basics!

They’re releasing it today, I think its just black on black from what i’ve seen. I love my navy blue/red one.

What i am hyped for is a statement sbd made in the comments, They’re gonna be making more clothes in 2018, Hoodies, shorts, etc!

Don’t know about black on black but it’s almost certainly better than navy and red lol. If they are gonna expand the range I want some tights or pants… at the very least a decent shirt (ffs red with black logo ez pls)

Dont you dare talk bad about my navy and red!! (it looks way better in person, then on the sbd website FYI. I think they just used Photoshop to change black to navy, lol.
I hope sbd will go the slingshot/strong route, and just make all kinds off colorways in the future.
