Walk it Out

(I really hope that this is in the right section.)

Longtime lurker, first time poster on T-Nation.

I’m currently 18 years old, 5’2" and 120 lbs. give or take. Right now my goal is to become a heck of a lot stronger and to to beat my sister at arm wrestling. Life is pretty hectic right now but it’s dying down. I’ve dabbled in and out of TKD and boxing for a couple of years now and currently on the HS swim team.

Doing Starting Strength.

Diet is pretty basic. Avoiding junk and processed foods, limit carb intake, more vegetables and protein.

April 18, 2013:

Workout A

Squats 3x5
Deadlifts 1x5
Bench Press 3x5

Weights are all bar right now. It’s going to be exciting to see where I am next year.

Today was a nice day. Exams are tomorrow so everybody is a little bit stressed at school, especially the teachers because it’s the end of the quarter and grades are due (many a time my mom coralled a younger me into helping to grade those papers… I sympathize).

Anyway, after a short hiatus of a month I’m back into boxing. Which totally kicked my butt tonight.

Note to self: Curry does not mix with boxing. Nope nope nope.

Juggling around with my schedule to make more time. I’ll just have to get up earlier to do what I need to do. No biggie and no excuses.

And onwards!
