I was wondering if we could put together a sticky of the many layer variations. There are a lot but, they are hard to keep track of and find.
For Example:
Ramp to 1RM
90% clusters 5x1 3-5x
75-85% HDL 5-4-3-2-1 3x
I think if you just search Christian Thibaudeau layers, or another variant, quite a few people have made pages and pages of stuff with the layer system thats set everything out quite nicely.
