What was your first step if this was your “next”? Ask yourself if you have symptoms of low T and if so, see a doc as they overlap a lot of other medical conditions. Second steps included getting lab work to confirm low T and whether primary or secondary. Third step is consideration of lifestyle changes or meds and then proceeding as planned.
Go see a physician.
