the silly part is I have a TON of climbing gear for work
all manner of ropes , shivs (pulley’s) nylon webbing rigging etc
for work Im sure I could have made one.

Like the TRX stuff, use to have some straps over the I beam in my basement and would do several different exercises with it. Have you tried doing push ups on the TRX, crazy hard but extremely effective.

when I was hosting on the 26th bro came over with the family but Cookie-face was battling a double ear and throat infection. poor kid looked like she’s been runover with a truck. She was in good spirits though - meds made her pretty high and loopy. lolz

need to keep adding calves- they arent small
but my ankles/foo/knee/hip stuff starts somewhere

I’ve always subscribed to the ‘body grows as a unit’ mentality and made sure I trained things like calves and forearms if you want big legs and arms.
is the mobility that you do from the bookmarked/stickied post?
You got 315 in ya, couple good foot stomps and you’re off.

wrestling+judo+coiling stupid heavy cable and dumb work shit= popeye arms.

I started that thread just to give older athletes like us
some ideas as to what can help
I do some or most of the stuff in the mobility thread
but not each session
I try to get stuff that is the most bang or buck
or things that problem areas
typically its plenty of lunging
hips stuff, hamstrings and glutes, quads
ankle mobility and a shoulder warm up
if you look closely at my log I do some stuff
I call an activation complex
I do
Over head squats
face pulls
hanging leg raises
sometimes back raises
pushups
glute bridges etc
to get shit to fire before I train
I like Defranco’s Agile 8 too
let me know if you have specific questions
here or in the mobility sticky
