I was under the impression that with my thyroid levels i only needed T4 med such as Synthroid due to the replies on my other thread. Now i am confused

Personally, I prefer t4, especially as a first attempt. If that doesn’t work there can be other options to try. imo, t3 should be a last resort. In the body, most t3 comes from conversion from t4.

I wonder what is the equivalent of that in Europe.
