I am buying some programs from ThibArmy and I want to know what’s the difference between your new Course " The Absolute Hypertrophy Course" and “Hypertrophy Cornerstone”

There really is not comparison between the absolute hypertrophy course and the cornerstone course. The “Absolute” is A LOT more complete and up-to-date. It also present more practical information to help you design your own programs.
To be honest, I didn’t want to release the cornerstone course. My former business partner basically forced me to film something about hypertrophy and at that time I was not comfortable or interested. I’ll probably take that course off the site soon.
I’ll just wait the black friday offersnto buy some programs
