Soy Aminos:T-Killer or Not?

Came across these so-called “Liquid Aminos”, however reading the label shows they are made from evil Soy(!)…Wonder if this stuff will depress testosterone, which would make it useless for bodybuilding purposes?..

I was under the impression that it’s actually the phytoestrogens in soy that cause hormonal issues. I’m not sure if these are present or not in these types of products.

However, fermented soy products do lack these, so I’m told.

Regardless of whether this product effects T levels, it’s virtually useless for bodybuilding purposes unless you plan to consume a bottle a day.

It’s actually been on the market for at least 20 years now, so it’s really old news.
