Reaching out for a little help. Any of you know of a hard core Gym inn the Schenectady NY area. I have a friend that is in need. She is looking for a hrad core gym that will allow T-Vixen type lifting.

Albany Strength is pretty close. Hell, I live an hour and a half away and I just got a membership (plan on moving out there soon though).
