Same Bodypart always grow no Matter what I Work on!!

True!..Do certain body parts have certain strength ‘receptors’ more than others? I have a chest and shoulders that are huge (hate that word) compared to the rest of my body. I have only done dips, dbl pullovers, and a little incline for years for chest… thats IT! I emphasized legs bigtime during the last 12 week Mag-10 cycle and they grew somewhat… but my chest/shoulders grew MORE! (went from 202 to 220 by the way @ 5’9"). Anyone else have this phenomenon??? (I DO have some lower back and knee restraints)
