PPL 2x week - opinions

I have a gym very close to my office so…

What you think about this kind of split:

Mon Pull
Tue Push
Wed Legs
Thu Pull
Fri Push
Sat Legs
Sun Off

Pull

Bent over row 3x6-8
Pulldowns 3x8-10
Seated row 3x8-10
DB shrugs 3x10-12
BB curls 3x10-12
Hammer curls 3x10-12

Push

Bench press 3x6-8
Incline DB press 3x8-10
Cable flyes 3x10-12
Lateral raises 3x10-12
Triceps extensions 3x10-12
Rope pushdowns 3x12-15

Legs

Squat 3x6-8
RDL 3x8-10
Leg press or Lunges 3x8-10
Leg curls 3x10-12
Standing calf raises 3x12-15
Abs

You are made of harder stuff than me if you’re going to be a bar on your back to squat after a day of smashing pushing work. And my lower back would be pretty tender after squats and RDLs: hitting up those bent over rows the next day would suck for me. Typically you see “Push/pull/legs” for that very reason.

The usual questions.

What are your goals? How long have you been training? How is your diet? What are your current lifts?
