I remebering viewing an article about strengthening your shoulders and rotator using a light routine with dumbells where you made like and l w and y shapes in a row and haven’t been about the refing the article.

Anyone know what I’m talking about?

No, I don’t think that’s the one he meant, though I could be wrong. Sounds more like the Cosgrove/Waterbury one “8 Weeks to Monster Shoulders” found here
