I just ordered some 25mg immediate release phenylpropanolamine tablets. I was wondering if anyone knows the ideal caffeine dose to stack with it (100mgs or 200?) Thanks in advance.

Try 100 mg of caffeine for every 25 mg of PPA. That’s what the formula was in the Adipokinetix product. If you feal that’s not enough caffeine for you, then bump it up to 200 mg for every 25 mg of PPA.
where did you order ppa from? i thought it was banned, but if you know somewhere to order it from please, let us all know.
