My right pinky’s been bothering me for a few months now and doesn’t seem to be getting any better, and as pullups seem to be the only lift where I can really feel it, I’m trying to do those unweighted for a couple of weeks. I do pullups hanging off the side of a staircase, so it’s flat… well… 1960s fake stone, I suppose. In any case, I don’t have a bar I can actually grab, so it’s kinda hard on the grip.

Tried doing the deads with the mixed grip the other way from what I usually use for these sets of 10 deads. Much harder!

Kinda the point of diminishing returns with adding more weight to paused deads, I should do less weight and either make the pause lower (been doing a little below the knees) or make it longer.
