Yes it is. I did five full pistols today on my good leg hauling up the air cast on my other foot. Didn’t think I could make it back up but tried it and surprised myself. Did four more. Will video next time.

Pete I’ve got a question about band squats if you don’t mind. Do you pay close attention to added resistance in terms of weight or is the steady ressistacne it self more the point?
