No Gays in Iran?

Not good enough. He never should have had that douchebag there. He has provided this asshole with plenty of propaganda material. American students actually clapped for this clown. You can be sure that that footage is shown over and over again throughout the middle east while they ignore people laughing at blatant lies.

If you think criticizing US foreign policy equates to “hate for America”, then you probably think a lot of Americans and the world’s population are “America haters”.

Tell him to visit Stanford.

Credit for trying to spread his brand of propaganda to the US?

What’s wrong with you?

No really…

Yes, it is propaganda. But, it also shows that the Iranian regime doesn’t want confrontation. This is the nth attempt from Iran to normalize the relations with the US. Yet, what does the US do in response? Sponsor the MEK and call for bombing Tehran.

Ultimately, Iran is a lot less belligerent than the US.
Obviously you haven’t seen Ahmadinejad’s interview with sixty minutes. Nor did you listen to his speech at the UN.

When and where did the US government call for the bombing of Tehran?

That’s not what you do. You love to post about your dislike of our domestic policies as well.

I remember you being quite active in the Circuit City thread, and that doesn’t have a fucking thing to do with foreign policy.

You hate America, and everyone can see that except you.

Cognitive dissonance anyone?

How does he hate America when he wants American shop owners and cops to respect American citizens rights?

Seems to me he respects the part of America that deserves respect and despises the things that are despised by every decent person everywhere.

Like mass murder in the name of whatever mobilizes the masses.

Be that Islam or the superiority of the American way of life.

He is just pointing out that America is way ahead mass-murdering wise and that this has consequences.

If someone came into your house, manhandling you, disrespects your woman and scares your children, no road in Texas would be safe for him to drive on.

I started that thread. I’ve been put in that same situation a few times in Morocco and France, and always managed to walk out without letting anyone search me. I was appalled by the fact that a guy can end up abusively arrested for merely practicing his rights. I’d have posted the story if it was Germany or any other country. Nothing to do with the your nation.

Once again your analysis is way off base. You are suggesting that just because he came to the US to speak that he does not want confrontation.

Exactly how ignorant of history are you?

Did Hitler not want confrontation when he met with Chamberlain and addressed the English people?

What makes you think that people like that are always straight forward?

You obviously have no understanding of propaganda or history. Yet, this does not keep you from rambling on on these threads as if you’re some sort of expert.

Again…what the fuck is wrong with you?

The Iranian president is a decoy, a mouthpiece.

People may vote for him to so they do not get that he has no real power anyway.

So far he is doing an excellent job, in Iran, and abroad.

Nothing. He is doing the best job he can spreading propaganda. He is clearly a fairly sharp guy so I can only assume he is here merely to spread shit.

You would not have posted it at all if it was about another country. Your cell leader wouldn’t allow it.

More bullshit from you.

Wow. Talk about a disingenuous and absurd statement!

With all the “terrible” things that go on all over the world, Lixy, would you like to venture a guess at what percentage of your posts are about the “bad, old USA?” Even if we excluded posts about Iraq, the figure would be woefully lopsided.

This is what your post are like: [Anti-US venom, Anti-US venom, Anti-US venom] “I don’t dislike the US.” [Anti-US venom, Anti-US venom, Anti-US venom] “I don’t dislike the American people.” [Anti-US venom, Anti-US venom, Anti-US venom] “It’s just your foreign policy…”

You’re either unaware of your own emotions or outright lying here.
I’d go with lying. He has, in no uncertain terms, expressed his disdain for all things and people American. He sides with dictators and violent people all over the world as long as they condemn us. I guess he just doing what he is taught, according to him we are all going to hell anyway; why not speed the process along. I guess I’ll finally get to meet him there.

Asked about executions of homosexuals in Iran, Ahmadinejad said the judiciary system executed violent criminals and high-level drug dealers, comparing them to microbes eliminated through medical treatment. Pressed specifically about punishment of homosexuals, he said: “In Iran we don’t have homosexuals like in your country.”

With the audience laughing derisively, he continued: “In Iran we do not have this phenomenon. I don’t know who’s told you that we have this.”

In a sense, he wasn’t too far off. Unlike in the West, homosexuality is not something commonly displayed in Iran. You’d get beaten up by the people way before the authorities are made aware of your show. It isn’t that much different from what it was like in the US some years back.

The “gay” movement is a phenomenon that swooped some countries lately. Most countries around the world didn’t follow suit.

All said and done, you have to give Ahmadinejad some credit for trying. I personally don’t know many heads of state who would agree to confront a hostile crowd like that. Do you think Bush would answer questions at an Iraqi university without screening?

I am not surprised you that horrible man credit.
I’m not surprised you didn’t answer the question. Do you think Bush would answer questions at an Iraqi university without screening?

I’ll take it one step further. Do you think Bush would answer any questions without screening?

Do you think any head off university would have the courage to present Bush to the audience like he did Ahmadinejad?

Why is this “freedom of speech” only exercised against foreign and unpopular heads of state? Wasn’t it meant for domestic use also?

That being said, Ahmadinejad is a horrible person. The way homosexuals are treated in Iran . . .

But hey, he’s a religious fanatic. Like Bush. Another horrible person.

Back to the questions please. Care to answer?

Where do you come up with this stuff? Are you equivocating Christians with Muslim extremists? Wow!!

Experiment: Go into the midst of a bunch of Christians and loudly proclaim them to all be ‘dumb fucks’ (your fav!).

Then go into the midst of a bunch of Muslims and do the same.

I’ll send flowers, after #2.

Isn’t that what I do every time I post here?

I tried it. I went into a crowd of muslims and said “Christians are all dumb fucks.”

They cheered loudly.

Make sure they’re expensive roses.

From what I know and the Iranians I know, there is homosexuality in Iran. I mean we all know that homosexuality isn’t a phenomenon and we all know it exists.

The Iranians (Persians as they prefer to be called) I knew would often have male lovers and when I questioned them about this homosexual practice they always told me “its not that we are gay its just that a girl is for a boy and a man is for a man”.

This is from a country where you can buy a Salee (thats how its pronounced but I cant spell it for shit) wife - even if your married - which can last for as little as 90 minutes to as long as 99 years, often old men will convince a young girl (as young as 9 yrs old) that they should be their salee wife because they are hard workers and what not… They are just legal pedophiles but it happens… I hate Iran anyway the fucking country stinks.

Sop anyway thats their take on Homosexuality and Pedophilia

That’s true. He might be tyrannical, but at least he’s not a douche like most politicians.
