New Training Partner - Help!

my name is dewayne im 21 yrs old ive been lifting hard for about 2 years. Ive just recently picked up a new training partner. hes about 5’5 and 145 lbs. what kinda of program should i put him on???

If he’s a beginner, just get him learning the compound movements – things like deadlifts, chins, squats, rows, benches. Start out worrying about form, not weight.
