Been a while since I posted on here. Going to navy bootcamp on Nov. 17. So I’ve changed all my workouts to be endurance style, mentally and physically draining. It’s helping though. Hopefully be in awesome shape by the point I leave. Then when I’m back on here in three months it will be time to start bulking.
