I know Medx has discontinued the Avenger series but is there a catalogue I could get that describes the pieces and their strength curves?

I haven’t seen anything like you describe in printed form. There may be some photos and drawings on their website.
Ifr.net has the med x avenger catalog as well as most info on Nautilus and other Med x. You have to surf the site but it is easy to find.
