On friday it was first run after 2 months. I was lucky to get near our national park, so I had 2 hours to spare as I wanted. So I decided to get run and exlored surroundigs near health center, where I was with my mother.
During my run I met only four cars, so I tried be a noisy, because there are lot of brown bears in forests. Even there was one bear attack on runner near our town. I tried to do not think on this incident and enjoy run - be present.
