205 is your goal, right?
I was thinking about what goal weight I wanted to set. 205lbs was where I was able to get to a few years back (I believe it was the 2017 challenge) and I was happy with the leanness at that point. I would definitely be happy to get there again, but might try to push it a bit harder and see if I can see sub 200lbs on the scale.
My goal is more about what I see in the mirror than the actual number on the scale, but if I get sub 200 right now, Iāll be as lean as Iāve been in a long time.

It has been a while since doing a conventional deadlift, so I think Iām going to use a lot of my volume work with this just to mix it up. Also, the SSB may make an appearance for squat days.

Nutrition plan right now is to hit 200g protein and stay under 2750cals. Those carbs from the last two days are all from fruit and other indirect sources.

Fruit (bananas, dates, prunes, berries, etc)
Natural peanut butter
Nuts
Chicken/beef/fish
Carrots

Fell a little shy on my protein for the day, and overall lower cals as well because of it. Iāll be sure to hit my mark tomorrow.
Working 12hr night shifts for the last two nights, and am working the midnight shift until mid February. Still need to dial in my schedule for when/what to eat and when to sleep! Iām feeling good about this cut (yeah, I know, itās only day 4), but Iāve been wanting to do it for awhile now and have been putting it off for one excuse after another. It is time to reel it back in.

A little bloated today; I ate a bunch of raw cabbage (coleslaw) with lunch and that has historically caused me to be bloated. Today I munched on some Goldfish crackers and had a small portion of Kraft Dinner while wifey and wee lad were having their lunch. Otherwise, diet has been squeaky clean.
Weighed myself with track pants on today and weighed the same as my check-in weight of 225.2lbs, so Iāve lost however much my track pants weigh .

405 x 5 - I was keeping a good pace until this set. The workout slowed big time after this one. The set didnāt feel terrible until about 2mins after when I just couldnāt muster up any energy for the remaining sets.

T-Bar row with 90lbs and 70lb DB incline bench between sets. Ended up being 100reps of each.
Not until now, that Iām typing it out, did I remember that Iām only supposed to do one exercise in between my main sets, not both! That explains why I was extra exhausted and the workout took 58mins! (Supposed to be <45)

It sure is! I love it, but I donāt know if Iāll ever be satisfied with it. Currently looking at new bars (power bar, deadlift bar, trap barā¦). Iāve also been drooling over calibrated plates, but I really have no need for them.
