One of those days where I’m extremely exhausted from work, even with all the food and water I took in, still very lacking in strength I feel. Took 2 scoops of headache serum and carried on my wayward son.

Dead stop Axle shrugs (out of rack): these are amazing. i basically put like 280-330 on the axle at a rack about knee height and double overhand shrug it out of the rack and put it back down and repeat. I feel it really helps overload the grip and upper back.

Worked up to 415 on squats but put it bcak as soon as I unracked. I just felt really strange. Kind of feverish. Had plans to work up to a 500 squat.

10/22/14

Crunched on time today so I just came home and worked up to a very easy (compared to last attempts) 400x2 slingshoot bench. It felt so easy I attempted a triple but my triceps weren’t home for teh kill.

My left hamstring is still giving me troubles from the SLDL’s I did 2 weeks ago. I think the massive soreness combined with too much sitting made for some seriously bad rigidity in the muscle.

Going to up the mobility work for the weekend and pull some heavy deads, shall we?

I had a really shitty bench workout so I didn’t even upload. Was a light day for squats so I didn’t post. I train 3 days a week atleast. Sometimes four if I feel like hitting upper back or some shit.
