Shoulders are on a slow steady decline since focusing on barbell bench vs dumbbell inclines. I notice it doing dislocates and I feel it in day to day creakieness. Starting back with dislocates, Tom Morrison dumbbell warmups, and feet elevated pushups in addition to my usual shoulder circles & bar hangs/scap/half pullup movements.

200 preworkout but very likely dehydrated & going on just a fish sandwich. Started to get knee pain in my Gumby leg that settled into my patellar tendon the last 2 days. Had me thinking about rest & ice & oh no is this the end of a pain free knee? I took 17mg orally of full spectrum CBD tincture & rubbed a veeery small amount of a natural balm of unknown CBD potency or quality (isolate/distillate vs full spectrum extract) about 20min before the gym. Fukk if the pain only exists if I put pressure on the tendon with my fingertips, NOTHING from walking around or messing with the 100lb DB or benching or stairs or shifting the car…
Damn. I work for a CBD company (the makers of my tincture) & sometimes it’s a miracle ‘drug’. More disclosure I ate a kick ass ummmmm not CBD edible post workout for the uhhh insulin spike. About to make the amazing Saturday fajitas.

Yeah I mailed in the assistance today. 202 after lifting but before a nice long peeeee. Pizza post workout then another round of corned beef cabbage & potatoes.
Welp. I caught some kind of suspect cold that manifested early last week. Literally a light version of a common cold for me.
