Thanks bros, I hope to see 36 inches and be below 265 by the end of June.

Trained some event today.
Got a few singles per arm with a 130lb dumbbell, my pressing strength suddenly turned shitty. Did some farmers RUNS for speed with 385.

On another note, my father disowned me because I don’t believe in the same invisible space monster as he does, and unless something changes, I’m done training for a long time after July.

Did deficit speed pulls. About a 4 inch deficit.

Tuesday:
Events (DB Press, Farmers)

Wednesday:
Tried for max reps in 60 seconds on the push press, but keep running out of energy in 20-30 seconds; need to bring up my aerobic capacity/anaerobic threshold.
Experimented with behind the neck jerks; felt pretty good, may do them now and then.
Other shit.

Thursday:
Events again.

Friday/Today:
Had a “Field Day” at school, pie eating contest, tug of war, fun shit.
