Thats exactly it, theyre old school universal multi press units. I loved them, but come the late 90s all gyms seemed to get rid of them. Theyre still out there, just gotta watch like a hawk for one.

This is maybe my favorite machine. Easily bias the lats or the upper back based on the grip you choose, and the only chest-supported row that I can put a lot of weight on without feeling like I’m crushing my ribcage.

So decided to get one of these for my home gym, best shoulder press ive used. Maxtrix neutral grip shoulder press.
My father in law lives 3 door’s down from me, ill keep my power rack there. Thatll let me get a few more good plate loaded machines in my garage. Eventually the plan is to rent a unit and have a small private gym with no one than 10-12 users.

Finally hit the 50kg dumbbells on the seated press, new focus, hex bar deadlifts. Reps with 277kg on my home gym hex bar (it weighs 27kg and i can only get 10 of my 25kg plates on it, whos idea was it to get rubber coated tri grip plates lol), 300kg or above max on the gyms he bar aswell. Gonna be fun.
