I’m in a very similar situation. Maximal weight protocols are the way to go, particularly applied to your weighted chin. I got up to a BW+100lb single chinup using 1/6 method yesterday, pretty pumped about that. It’s allowed me to drive up my chins in a major way and they(the protocols) are fantastic for the entire body as well.
