How to Train for 1000lb Challenge

Hello I’m thinking of trying to do1000lb challenge.I haven’t worked out in 20 years,and I’m 46 years old. I’m still pretty strong for not working out in so long. My bench is 240,deadlift is 350,and squat is 250. I’m real close now to my goal. But I tell you when I tried these exercises I could feel it all over my body. Just needed some training tips for my age I can’t do it like I could when I was in my 20s. Thank you

Do it just like your twenties. Eat and sleep. You’ll be fine. You’re just out of shape right now.
