How to Build Conditioning?

I’m sure you were. Why you were asking is the reason you got the response you did.

Did some interval rowing. I can handle that. Growing up my dad was a distance cyclist and mountain biker so we had a rower. So all I knew of rowing was sitting and going for a set time or rowing while watching a show…not my favorite. But chopping it up helps and sprinting helps. I can throw this in when it’s too cold in the garage.
