Roberto Heras (USPS) has just won his second Vuelta a Espana. Last year he was leading going into the final ITT and blew it bad. Yesterday he put in the ride of his life in the ITT to come from behind and take the overall lead.

Two grand tours for team Postal this year, way to go Roberto!
