Fish Oil and Soya

Hi,

I just got myself a rather large tub of EPA fish oil capsules and noticed too late that on the allergy advice it says “contains soya” now we all know soya is not good.My question is should I use this product or get a refund?

It doesent mention what type of soy it is ether :frowning:

If they are bog standard fish oild caps then I would say it’s probably there due to a legal stipulation - it may be produced in the same factory as a soy product.
