The first one is from September, and the second I posted this month in my I3G log. Pretty happy with the results, but the truth is that picture is a rebound from the first diet two years ago! So here I am with my current picture forcing myself to post again with improvments next month!

My goals are too add as much size as possible without any noticable fat gain. Still have a lot too learn and diet is a consistent struggle but slowly improving with the help here!

Mostly lurking these days, but I’ll play. Train and compete as an oly lifter but a minor arm injury has me avoiding the o-lifts at the moment. Here’s some front squats from today, 405 for a double at roughly 237-238 bodyweight.

Hopefully the video shows up . . .
