inspiring thread! A lot of you guys are making impressive progress

my hamstrings are nonexistent… no wonder my knees are crap lol

I’ll play along.

Here is me sitting at 208 lbs, 5’10". I’m currently recomping because i got fat on my bulk/over the holidays which set me back. I’m working with a friend of mine who is a competitive bodybuilder with his own personal training business.

Recently started a log on here to keep myself accountable on diet.

In that tri-set I went 4/3/2/1 -starting from a dead-stop on the cleans & rows.
4-Power Clean x 4-Bent Row x 4-Deadlift
3-Power Clean x 3-Bent Row x 3-Deadlift
2-Power Clean x 2-Bent Row x 2-Deadlift
1-Power Clean x 1-Bent Row x 1-Deadlift
[10 of each / 30 reps total set]

Sometimes I alternate each movement…1-Power Clean x 1-Bent Row x 1-Deadlift repeat x8-10 and during routines when I train back and shoulders together I might add a push-press to the clean. Many options. Demanding on your respiration.
Good Luck!

I’ve done complexes similar to this. He left out the part where going into the 2’s you have to start holding back the urge to vomit.

Exactly.

If you haven’t done complexes it looks oh so easy when just watching the video. It ain’t.[/quote]
I do them a few times a week actually. Long story.

140…I always have a 2-1/2 against the collar on my bar, but close enough. I want it light enough that I get off the ground on each clean rep. On a REALLY good day I may go with 165-170.

No; I don’t have an online log.

Pretty fluffy 216 here.

Training has been sporadic since the baby… And I’m almost positive I re tore my labrum. Sucks.

Seriously thinking of cutting down to 200 or so and being lean… Looking at getting back into running some more, maybe another triathlon.
