Favourite CD to hype you up for a workout...

What’s your favourite CD to hype you up for a workout?

Mine is Metallica’s “Kill 'em all”…

EoN

Mushroomhead

My last workout, i listened to AC/DC-Back in Black. Before that it was Rage-(first album). Today I’m going to listen to one I picked up last night at used CD shop- AC/DC-For Those About to Rock. I also picked up Metallica’s-Black album. I like this heavy stuff when I train. I usually listen to much more mellow stuff outside of the gym though. I’m like Dr. Jekyll outside the gym and then as soon as I walk through those doors, my forehead gets all wrinkly and I take on a permanent grimace. Headphones on, and I am one of those mean fuckers you DO NOT interrupt during the workout. Otherwise, I’m just a softy!

SYSTEM OF A DOWN OR DISTURBED( THE FIRST ONE)

my favorite pantera album, can’t remember the name, has a track (track 3 i believe)
where the guy says, RE…SPECT, ARE YOU TALKIN TO ME?

good shit man, good shit.

What Bobu Said + Slipknot,Mudvayne, and alittle ILL NINO

you mean “Walk”

early Metallica (Kill em All, Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets, And Justice for All)
early Suicidal Tendencies (ST, Join the Army, How can I laugh tomorrow)

early Megadeth (Killing is my business, Peace sells, So Far So Good)
early Iron Maiden (Killers, Number of the Beast, Piece of Mind)

Andy C ‘Nightlife’ 175bpm of pure andrenaline.

175bpm???

Damn, that’s a lot…

B.

Bongzilla “Gateway”, Dimmu Borgir “Death Cult Armageddon”, Black Dahlia Murder “Unhallowed”, As I Lay Dying "Frail Words Collapse, Superjoint Ritual “A Lethal Dose Of American Hatred”

Or if Im sled dragging or doing cardio
Slipknot “Self Titled” or Chimaira “The Impossibility of Reason”

I like disney classics (unda da sea; hakuna matata), village people, and a whole load of the usual shit (ACDC, ram jam, happy-hardcore, techno, an a ton of cheese). What ive found is that even pissy music, if all i do is train to it, raises my HR and gets me goin’. I got a training buddy screaming himself blue in the face inches away from me if i have trouble with the last rep so i guess thats how i seem to get away with pussy choons like the above…

Negative Approach
Minor Threat
Bad Brains
The Cro Mags

Myxl and Loopfitt: Good taste.

"For those about to rock you’ is one of those albums I could never really get into, even tho ACDC is prob my all time favorite band.
“King Diamond” is kinda shaky to me, all that screeching and caterwauling. He had one great song tho, it was in all my comp tapes I made in HS. I borrowed the tape from my friend all the time just for that one song. Fack, I can’t remember what it was.
