For whatever reason my second month subscription to JTS AI Training didn’t go through. (And I don’t feel like renewing it. But at least I completed one cycle of it to get a feel. I like it, but it’s a bit different though). Think I’m gonna mix Westside with my own high volume stuff I typically do. Just not as frequent. 1-3 times a week seems to be the sweet spot for now, so I’m just getting the groove for next year.

Ehh. Yes and no. Yes because it’s quite a lot, no because I don’t do it that often.
I’m doing snatch grip deads and have done for the last two weeks. The soreness they produce is brutal. I think I’ve gotten used to the movement though (i hope)
