Rope pulldowns: targeting lats and tris , 4x5,
Leg press: 225 AMRAP (~30 reps)
Adductor SS w/ abductors 175 3x15
Hypers: no plate 2x10
Assist: rack pulls
Took about 2 hours to finish all that
At home stuff/mobility took maybe 30 mins.
Dynamic movements (mostly lower body and my shoulders)
10 min jump rope.

No specific set and rep scheme, just trying to mitigate the total body soreness.

I definitely can’t do them back to back with no breaks.
But I literally can’t get a pump in my quads unless the volume is ridiculous.
