For duke?
Yes, but I’m kind of joking. They look stupidly hard.
Omg. I just googled it. How does that even work? Lol
Antoine Valiant does (did) these. He is the only person I have seen do them tbh.
And Thanks for the Music Cyber, keeping me ever so little bit more current with today.
With great reluctance i kindly reject your idea of doing reeves deads. Lol
I knew you were smart

I take my hat off to you. If I try butterfly I just thrash around and sink to the bottom
It’s a bit tricky. As soon as your hands come over your head to strike the water, kick your legs to send you forward and down, then bring your arms up, and your head just kind of follows. It’s Complicated, so freestyle is the safe zone lol.

Update:
180 seems to be where I’m at. Or hovering between 180-183 typically. So I’ve gone down nearly 30lbs.
Trying to eat more, but it’s a bit of a task trying to add to 3,000 calories I already eat. Healthy stuff, at that. But it’s coming along.
Classes start next week, and it’s been 6 months since starting this mind numbing, bullshit experience of a job. But it’s not like 14$ starting salary jobs are abundant for college kids. So I’ve been stuck in this rut, of waking up irritated, going to bed irritated, and I’m not that kind of person.
Not really sure what to do at this point.
