I want to start taking EFA along with my Carbolin 19. Do you know if its safe to do so? and what is a good reputable EFA and where can I purchase it? Thanks
Yes its fine.
IMO go for a simple fishoil in Bulk like those at Costco or Sams. That is until Biotest comes out with the much awaited EFA supp.
